Treat other members and staff with respect. Harassment, hate speech, or toxic behaviour will result in immediate removal.
Use the /request command in Discord to request invites — do not DM staff directly for invites. Check your balance with /balance before requesting.
Keep your linked trainer names accurate and up to date. Incorrect names that cause failed invites will not be credited back.
Do not spam commands, flood channels, or send unsolicited DMs to other members.
If you have a billing issue, contact us on Discord first. Chargebacks without contacting us first will result in a permanent ban.
If an invite was not received, contact staff via Discord within 24 hours and we will investigate and credit you if appropriate.
